Amor Caritas Day

Amor Caritas Day was created in 2011 to honor Dana Hall’s long tradition of service by connecting students, alumnae, parents, faculty and staff through community projects around the world. On Saturday, September 17, the Dana community will take part in Amor Caritas Day 2016.

Locally, community members will spend their day of service at Cradles to Crayons, Boston Health Care for the Homeless and Wellesley Brook Path Clean Up. Additionally, alumnae around the world can lead and participate in community service projects.

Service Locations

Sort and prepare clothes, toys and educational items for children and families in need.

Participant grade requirement: Kindergarten+
Register: 9 a.m.
Bus departs for service trip from the Shipley Center: 9:15 a.m.
If you are meeting the group there, plan to arrive by: 9:50 a.m.
Bus returns to Dana campus: 12:30 p.m.

Alumnae Projects

Alumnae around the world can lead and participate in community service projects. Alumnae wishing to be a regional Amor Caritas Day project leader in their community should complete this form with details of their project and send it to  Director of Alumnae Relations Corinne Corrigan Daniels '77, P11, 13.
