October 1, 2012 - February 1, 2013During this span of time, schedule your tour and interview, and work on completing your application (due January 15). October 14, 2012, 1-3 p.m.Dana Hall Admission Open House. We encourage you to come to this event to explore our campus, meet with faculty members from all departments and observe student demonstrations. Please complete our online registration form if you plan to attend. October 23, 2012, 9-10:30a.m.Upper School parent coffee. Open to prospective Upper School parents only. All Upper School parent coffees take place in Beveridge Hall on the Dana Hall campus. October 24, 2012, 9-10:30 a.m.Middle School parent coffee. Open to prospective Middle School parents only. All Middle School parent coffees take place in Beveridge Hall on the Dana Hall campus. October 2012-January 2013Take the appropriate standardized test: SSAT, ISEE, and/or TOEFL, and list Dana Hall as a score recipient. Testing Codes: SSAT-2728, ISEE-222275, TOEFL: 7507. November 7, 2012, 9-10:30 a.m.Middle School parent coffee. Open to prospective Middle School parents only. All Middle School parent coffees take place in Beveridge Hall on the Dana Hall campus. December 11, 2012, 9-10:30 a.m.Upper School parent coffee. Open to prospective Upper School parents only. All Upper School parent coffees take place in Beveridge Hall on the Dana Hall campus. December 12, 2012, 9-10:30 a.m.Middle School parent coffee. Open to prospective Middle School parents only. All Middle School parent coffees take place in Beveridge Hall on the Dana Hall campus. January 15, 2013This is the deadline for submitting your Parent Financial Statement (PFS form) if you are applying for financial aid. A separate PFS form must be submitted by each parent if divorced or filing separate tax returns. See our Financial Aid page for instructions on submitting these forms. January 15, 2013This is the deadline for new financial aid applicants to submit 2011. Send a copy of your signed 2011 tax return to the Financial Aid office at Dana Hall, including Form 1040, all schedules, W-2 and 1099 forms, and Business/Farm Statements, if applicable. This applies to both parents if divorced or filing separate tax returns. January 15, 2013This is the deadline for submitting the following application parts to the Admission Office: -Application for Admission - Part 1 and application fee February 1, 2013This is the interview deadline. An interview is required to complete your Application for Admission and should be scheduled between October 1 and February 1. If you are not able to visit the campus for your interview and tour, you may schedule a phone or Skype interview. Late applicants are considered on a rolling admission basis. If you have specific questions about space availability, please contact the Admission Office (781) 235-3010. March 1, 2013This is the deadline for all financial aid applicants to submit 2012 tax returns. Send a copy of your signed 2012 tax return to the Financial Aid office at Dana Hall, including Form 1040, all schedules, W-2 and 1099 forms, and Business/Farm Statements, if applicable. This applies to both parents if divorced or filing separate tax returns. March 8, 2013Candidates with applications completed by January 15 and interviews completed by February 1 are notified of the Admission Committee's decision. April 10, 2013Enrollment agreements and deposits are due to the Admission Office for admitted candidates choosing to enroll at Dana Hall.
