October 2009 - January 2010

Visit the campus, have a tour and an interview, complete the application.

October 18, 2009

We encourage you to come to the Dana Hall Admission Open House from 1-3 p.m.  This event will give you the opportunity to hear from our Head of School Caroline Erisman, meet with faculty members from all departments, observe rock climbing, fencing and dance demonstrations and tour the campus with our student tour guides.

October 28, 2009, November 18, 2009 & January 13, 2010

Parents of Middle School students are invited to come to one of our Informational Coffees held in Beveridge Hall from 9-10 a.m. This information session gives special attention and focus to our Middle School program.

November 2009-January 2010

Take the appropriate standardized test: SSAT, ISEE, and/or TOEFL, and list Dana Hall as a score recipient. Testing Codes: SSAT-2728, ISEE-222275, TOEFL: 7507.

January 15, 2010

If you are applying for Financial Aid, both custodial and non-custodial parents must mail or submit online (https://sss.ets.org) the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) to the School and Student Service (SSS), and list Dana Hall as a recipient by January 15. In addition, photocopies of original, signed 2008 Federal tax form 1040, all schedules, 1099 and W-2 forms must be sent to the Financial Aid office.

February 1, 2010

By February 1, a campus or phone interview must be completed and the following materials must be received by the Admission Office: Application and Application Fee, Student Essays, Parent Evaluation, English Recommendation, Math Recommendation, Principal or Guidance Counselor Recommendation, Official Transcript, and appropriate standardized test scores.

Late applicants are considered on a rolling admission basis.  If you have specific questions about space availability, please contact the Admission Office (781) 235-3010.

March 10, 2010

Candidates whose applications are complete by February 1 are notified of the Admission Committee's decision.

April 10, 2010

Enrollment agreements and deposits are due to the Admission Office for admitted candidates choosing to enroll at Dana Hall.
