October 16, 2011

We encourage you to come to the Dana Hall Admission Open House from 1-3 p.m. This event will give you the opportunity to explore our campus, meet with faculty members from all departments and observe student demonstrations.

October 25, 2011, 9-10 a.m.

Upper School parent coffee. Open to prospective Upper School parents only. All Upper School parent coffees take place in Beveridge Hall on the Dana Hall campus.

October 26, 2011, 9-10 a.m.

Middle School parent coffee. Open to prospective Middle School parents only. All Middle School parent coffees take place in Beveridge Hall on the Dana Hall campus.

October 2011-January 2012

Take the appropriate standardized test: SSAT, ISEE, and/or TOEFL, and list Dana Hall as a score recipient. Testing Codes: SSAT-2728, ISEE-222275, TOEFL: 7507.

November 16, 2011, 9-10 a.m.

January 2, 2012

This is the deadline for submitting your Parent Financial Statement (PFS form) if you are applying for financial aid. A separate PFS form must be submitted by each parent if divorced or filing separate taz returns. See our Financial Aid page for instructions on submitting these forms.

January 16, 2012

This is the deadline for submitting your 2010 tax returns for new financial aid applicants. Send photocopies of your signed 2010 tax returns to the Financial Aid office at Dana Hall, including Form 1040, all schedules, W-2 and 1099 forms, and Business/Farm Statements, if applicable. This applies to both parents if divorced or filing separate tax returns.

February 1, 2012

By February 1, a campus or phone interview must be completed and the following materials must be received by the Admission Office: Application and Application Fee, Student Essays, Parent Evaluation, English Recommendation, Math Recommendation, Principal or Guidance Counselor Recommendation, Official Transcript, and appropriate standardized test scores.

Late applicants are considered on a rolling admission basis. If you have specific questions about space availability, please contact the Admission Office (781) 235-3010.

March 1, 2012

This is the deadline for 2011 tax returns for all financial aid applicants. Send photocopies of your signed 2011 tax returns to the Financial Aid office at Dana Hall, including Form 1040, all schedules, W-2 and 1099 forms, and Business/Farm Statements, if applicable. This applies to both parents if divorced or filing separate tax returns.

March 9, 2012

Candidates whose applications are complete by February 1 are notified of the Admission Committee's decision.

April 10, 2012

Enrollment agreements and deposits are due to the Admission Office for admitted candidates choosing to enroll at Dana Hall.
