The Dana Hall Women’s Fitness Club is open to Dana Hall alumnae, mothers of current or former Dana Hall students, mothers of Tenacre students, and area female seniors.
Members will have the opportunity to use the Shipley Center for Athletics, Health and Wellness to get in an invigorating workout before noon. Do some laps in our beautiful pool, play a couple games of squash, work out in our state-of-the-art fitness center or take a brisk walk or run on the track. In addition to the use of the Shipley Center, club members will be able to join Climbing Instructor David McGovern for one introductory rock wall climbing lesson. Graham Masiiwa of the Athletic Department will provide one lesson on the correct way to use the Fitness Center equipment. There will be additional opportunities for special classes and training.
Dates: Tuesday, September 17, 2012-Friday, May 24, 2013 Cost: $350 membership fee Hours: Monday-Friday Squash Courts and Track – 7 a.m. to 12 noon Deborah E. Babson ’74 Fitness Center – 7 a.m. to 12 noon Pool – 7 to 9 a.m. Black-out Dates: When Dana Hall is not in session.
