Members of Dana Hall's Dance Theater Workshop, a student performing and choreography group, presents Kinesis, a student/dance faculty concert, on Thursday, March 5 and Friday, March 6 at 7:30 p.m. The concert will take place in Bardwell Auditorium. Admission is $5 for the public and free for members of the Dana Hall community. According to Director of Dance Devon Fitchett, "In addition to faculty works, the students of the Dance Theater Workshop held auditions, chose music, choreographed several pieces, held and directed rehearsals, designed costumes, and helped design lighting for the performance." Contributing faculty members are Fitchett, Emily Beattie (ballet), and Janet Yukna (tap). Student choreographers include A. Pina '10, C. Taylor '09, S. Sutton '10, A. Onatunde '11, and T. Krantzberg '09. Ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, and tap will be featured. Bardwell Auditorium is located at 37 Cameron Street in Wellesley.
