| Winning effort off the field |
Winning effort off the fieldField hockey tryouts were really tough, but when I checked the list, I had made Junior Varsity! My coach made my first season in an Upper School sport the best it could be. I improved as a player, as a student and as a person. I learned field smarts that help me in lacrosse as well, and I learned perseverance, determination, and will power. Now I always put in the "extra step" in my school work, too. Emily, 10th grade |
