Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a fun, fast-moving exercise program for women of all fitness levels. It is available on a first come, first serve basis to: Dana Hall current and past mothers, and alumnae.

Classes run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30- 9:30 a.m. in the Shipley Athletic Center. Please note: registration will only be available online; each session is limited to the first 40 participants who register.

Session I: September 12- November 16

  • Blackout dates: 10/3, 10/10, 10/12, 10/28, 10/31
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
  • Cost $300
  • Open to DH current and past mothers and alumnae
  • Limit 40
  • Online registration begins August 24 through September 7
