The Dana Hall Interscholastic Equestrian Team gives riders the opportunity to demonstrate their horsemanship skills as part of a team, both at the varsity and junior varsity level. This is a unique experience for many competitors, as riding is often considered an individual sport.
Throughout the season, more than 30 Dana Hall students participate in a variety of shows in the IEA Zone 1. Riders compete on horses provided by the host team, adding the additional challenge of an unfamiliar horse. Over the course of the season, riders work to accumulate points in an attempt to qualify for a National Finals at the end of the year.

9/30/07 Patriot & Hillside Meadows, Sudbury, MA
** Both the Dana Hall Upper and Middle School Teams were High Point Champions**
10/13/07 Terryallen Farms, Terryville, CT
**Both the Dana Hall Upper and Middle School Teams qualified for Regional Finals at this show**
11/3/07 Rising Star & August Farms, Medway, MA
**The Middle School Team placed third and two Middle School riders qualified individually for Regional Finals.**
11/10/07 Dana Hall School Upper School, Wellesley, MA
**The Dana Hall Upper School Equestrian Team was the Champion Team at the IEA show that Dana Hall hosted. Eight girls posted first place win in their individual events!**
12/2/07 Volo Equestrian Center, Westford, MA
**Two riders from the Upper School qualified for Regionals and four riders placed first in their classes at this show.**
