After class

As a seven-day boarding school, Dana Hall is an active, encouraging community – a place to find friendships and explore new interests. Girls from varied backgrounds find commonalities during walks into Wellesley for shopping and treats, trips to Boston for concerts or sporting events, on-campus dances or movies, service activities, or just downtime after class.

The second Step Sing was amazing, and we had tons of fun. While singing the Dana Hall school song, I realized something that made me smile: I learned more in my first week here at Dana than in my whole academic experience squished together!

A second home

At International Student Orientation, I met other girls from Korea and many other countries, and made lots of friends. It didn't matter if you were a senior or a freshman, everyone talked and got along. Dana feels like a homey school and my dorm is a like a second family, with my House Director like a second mom. I really get along with my roommate, even though we are very different.
