Annual Fund

Gifts to the Dana Hall Annual Fund support the people and programs that form Dana Hall’s unique community, one that encourages each Dana student to realize her potential and take on new challenges. Your generosity gives current and future Dana girls the opportunity to excel, dream, explore and lead.

Participation in the Annual Fund, at any level, is an indicator of the strength and financial health of Dana Hall to prospective families and other donors. Join other alumnae, parents, grandparents, staff, faculty and friends in sending the message that the Dana Hall community has made a substantial commitment to the School and its students.

The Annual Fund is the cornerstone of Dana Hall’s fundraising efforts. Annual Fund dollars are unrestricted funds which directly support the school's current operating budget. Nine percent of Dana Hall's budget is provided by gifts from alumnae, parents, grandparents, faculty and staff to the Annual Fund. Like most independent schools, Dana Hall needs Annual Fund gifts from its community to bridge the gap between the income we receive from tuition and the actual cost of a Dana Hall education. A strong Annual Fund means competitive tuition, talented faculty, exceptional academic, arts and athletic offerings, and scholarship opportunities.

Please consider making as generous and as meaningful a contribution as possible. Gifts of all sizes make a difference. We invite you to join a giving society, which recognize donors at various levels. You also can make an impact on an area of interest by designating your gift.

The Annual Fund runs from July 1 until June 30. You may pay your pledge anytime during this period, or elect to pay in installments. To gain possible tax benefits during this tax year, donations should be made prior to December 31.
