It is difficult to itemize miscellaneous expenses because of individual circumstances, but the following items should be kept in mind as you plan your budget: books and supplies, iPad, athletic equipment and spending money. Generally, additional expenses are estimated to be between $500 to $1,500 per school year. There are additional fees for riding lessons, private music instruction and any outside, private academic tutoring, if needed. Students who do not have adequate health insurance and all international students are required to purchase Health and Accident Insurance offered through the School at a cost to be determined.
A tuition refund plan is available to all parents. The plan insures a family's tuition obligation to the school (prepaid and due) in the event of extended absence or separation during the academic year, according to the terms of the Policy. The 2023-24 school year rates for tuition refund insurance are $760 for day students and $937 for boarding students.
