Introducing the Alumnae Marketplace
We're excited to announce the first-ever Alumnae Marketplace during She Sails on Saturday, April 26. The Marketplace will be an opportunity for alumnae to showcase and sell their goods to our community. Artists, makers, craftspeople, authors, etc, are all welcome to participate. Only vendors with physical goods can be accepted into the Marketplace. Interested vendors should reach out to Hillary Ferrazzi.
BINA Farm Presentation — 2 p.m., Karen Stives '68 Equestrian Center
Join members of BINA Farm and Dana Hall’s Karen Stives ’68 Equestrian Center staff and students for an informative session on equine assisted activities and therapies. BINA Farm brings together individuals with and without special needs by offering a variety of inclusive enrichment programs that help them to both thrive personally and make their best contribution towards the communities in which they live. In addition to a discussion, tours of the Karen Stives ’68 Equestrian Center will be available. Feel free to stay, mingle, and enjoy the afternoon with us!
Community Service Project for the Animal Rescue League
As part of the mission of She Sails, the School selects a charitable organization to support. For She Sails 2025, the Dana Hall community will support the Animal Rescue League of Boston, “an unwavering champion for animals in need, committed to keeping them safe and healthy in habitats and homes.”
Our sustainable community service project will make upcycled dog toys—eco-friendly, sustainable toy crafted from repurposed t-shirts for animals awaiting homes in shelters. Making dog toys for shelters provides mental and physical stimulation, reducing stress and promoting exercise for shelter animals, ultimately contributing to their well-being and making them more adoptable. Not only are they safe and durable, but they also help reduce waste and promote a greener planet.
Join us in giving new purpose to old things and help our furry friends. While at She Sails, stop by the Animal Rescue League of Boston table where we will assemble the dog toys.
