Dana Hall fitness opportunities enhance learning and promote healthy lifestyles. Upper School students can participate in a variety of daytime or afternoon fitness classes, where activities including circuit training, rock climbing, spinning, strength and conditioning, tai chi, weight training or yoga. The program offers quality instruction at all levels. Instructors are committed to excellence while supporting each student’s individual health and wellness goals.
