Fitness Program

Teams sports are not the only avenue for Dana students to gain the essential health benefits of fitness and athletics.
Dana Hall fitness opportunities enhance learning and promote healthy lifestyles. Upper School students can participate in a variety of daytime or afternoon fitness classes, where activities including circuit training, rock climbing, spinning, strength and conditioning, tai chi, weight training or yoga. The program offers quality instruction at all levels. Instructors are committed to excellence while supporting each student’s individual health and wellness goals.

    "My absolute favorite Dana Hall memory of all time is winning the EIL Championship for tennis! Dana Hall Varsity Tennis faced our toughest rival for our last match. Everyone was watching that match; I remember the moment when I won my match and the whole team came out running and screaming onto the court. We were all hugging and smiling at each other. I was so proud to be a Dana Hall student-athlete."
