14 Interscholastic Sports Across Three Seasons

Dana Hall provides appropriate levels of competition for every athlete who participates in interscholastic sports. We offer "A" and "B" level teams for our middle school athletes and varsity and junior varsity for our upper school athletes. 

As a leading girls' independent school, Dana Hall is committed to empowering students through sports. Expert coaches create a dynamic environment where students develop leadership and teamwork through practice, goal-setting, risk-taking, and competition. Dana Hall teams have success competing in the Eastern Independent League (EIL) in addition to playing games and matches against Independent School League (ISL) and other non-league opponents.  Dana Hall is also a member of the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC), which sponsors postseason tournaments.
