Reunion Giving

Reunion gifts matter more than ever!

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Dana Hall has had to pivot to a multi-model educational program, with both in-person and distance learning, thanks in part to support from the School’s generous alumnae community.

On average, 25% of alumnae Dana Fund dollars raised each year come from Reunion giving. Not only are the dollars raised by each class significant, so too is the number of donors in each class.

Reunion Giving Class Award Competition

Each year at Reunion weekend, Dana Hall presents two special class achievement awards:
highest participation and most dollars raised. The competition can get lively!

How is your class doing? Check out the stats at the right.

The School created the Dana Cares Fund in 2020 to help meet the needs of the community during this ongoing pandemic. Supporting your alma mater with a gift to the Dana Cares Fund also will count as a reunion gift and towards your class gift total.

This spring, here are two more opportunities to make a Dana Fund gift that will count towards your Reunion Class gift:

Class Colors Participation Challenge: Join the fun to see which class colors (your class banner) will have the highest number of donations by June 30, 2021. Check the results

Teacher Appreciation Week March 1-5.  Make a gift in honor or memory of your favorite teacher or teachers who made a difference or impact on you and your life.

Make your reunion gift or a pledge by April 26 to be counted in the Reunion Giving Class Awards. Pledges need to be paid by June 30, 2021, which is the end of Dana Hall’s fiscal year.

"Dana offers many great opportunities including a trip to South Africa every other year. I never in my wildest dreams thought I’d be visiting South Africa, let alone with some of my closest friends. The trip enabled us to interact with real South Africans as they experienced their real lives, an opportunity I could never have had as a tourist."
