  • As Soon As You Can:

    • Reserve your space by completing our Family Response Form as soon as you know your plans for next year.
    • Make plans to attend an admitted student event! More event details are available below. 
  • By Noon on April 9

    Make it official by enrolling online by 12 p.m. EDT, using DanaConnect. Detailed enrollment instructions are below on this page.
  • After April 10

    • Look for welcome emails and community event information. Continue to visit this site, as updates and new information will be posted here.
    • Register for She Sails: Inspiring Dana Hall Women, a two-day leadership conference that provides a forum for all Dana Hall students, alumnae and parents/guardians to learn from each other, share stories, and encourage one another to be bold and dream big. As a courtesy to families on our waitlist, please notify Dana Hall of your plans for next year, regardless of your decision. Complete and submit the Family Response Form before 12 p.m. EDT on April 9.

  • On-Campus Tour: Wednesday, March 24, Thursday, March 25, Friday, March 26

    Lace up your sneakers for a guided Dana Hall Scavenger Hunt. We’ll escort you around campus to learn more about Dana Hall and meet important members of our community. For everyone's safety, our school community will be learning remotely the week of these events. Although current students and faculty will not be on campus when you visit, administrators, admission counselors, and several other members of our campus community will be here to welcome you. 

    Dates/Times:

    See below for dates and time slots specific for admitted Middle School students and admitted Upper School students. Please note that the tours are one hour in duration. For everyone’s safety, it’s important that families depart campus at the conclusion of their tour. 
     
    Registration is now closed for our on-campus tours. Please see below for information about our live virtual tour option.

    Registration: 
    Register for a time slot in Ravenna. Please note that we are asking families who register for the on-campus tour not to register for a virtual tour. 

    Covid Protocols: 
    All visitors of Massachusetts and returning residents entering Massachusetts must comply with the Massachusetts COVID-19 travel orders. Those who are traveling from a high-risk state must quarantine for 10 days or provide a negative COVID-19 test administered up to 72-hours prior to arrival in Massachusetts.
     
    In addition, for everyone’s safety, we must limit the number of guests on campus, and guests will be required to adhere to the following protocols: 
    • Each admitted student can be accompanied by one parent/guardian.
    • All guests must complete a written health attestation upon arrival.
    • All guests must practice social distancing at all times. 
    • All guests must sanitize their hands upon arrival and wear masks. Dana Hall will have extra disposable masks on site. 
    • No food or drink may be consumed while on tour. 
    Arrival Information: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour in order to complete the COVID-19 health attestation form. Enter the campus through the main entrance on Grove Street. Follow the main driveway up the hill and park behind the Admission Office (large white building at top of hill). Tours begin at the Erisman Student Center near the flagpole in front of the Admission Office — look for the balloons! 
  • Live Virtual Tour: Monday, March 29 & Tuesday, March 30

    If you are unable to visit campus, join us for a live tour of campus via Zoom. Led by one of our student tour guides, you will explore the campus, see a school day in action and connect with members of Dana Hall’s community from the comfort of your own home. 

    We are offering live virtual tours on days when our students and faculty will be on campus. See below for time slots specific for admitted Middle School students and admitted Upper School students. 

    Monday, March 29:
    • 8:30 a.m. EDT - Upper School (grades 9-12)
    • 9:40 a.m. EDT - Upper School (grades 9-12)
    • 10:50 a.m. EDT - Middle School (grades 5-8)

    This event is in addition to one of the options above. Virtually meet representatives from Academics, Athletics, Performing Arts, Residential Life, College Counseling, the School of Music, the Equestrian Center, and Community, Equity and Inclusion. No formal presentation: simply time for you to ask questions and connect.

How to Enroll

Enrollment contracts for newly admitted students are available in DanaConnect, the School's online platform for parent and student information and resources. When you are ready to enroll at Dana Hall, follow the instructions below. Please note that the enrollment process should be completed by parents/guardians.

Step-by-step Enrollment Instructions

Step 1

Create your DanaConnect password.
Please note that the enrollment process can only be completed with a parent/guardian user account. Your username is the parent/guardian email address that the School has on file in Ravenna. Click here, and enter the parent/guardian email address, check “Password,” and select “Send.” You will then receive an email with detailed instructions for creating your DanaConnect password.

If you already have a DanaConnect account as a Dana alumna, parent, or faculty member, use your existing DanaConnect credentials to log in.

TIP:
When accessing DanaConnect from Dana Hall's main website, click on "Need Login Assistance" if creating your password for the first time or if you are a returning user and don't know/remember your password.

Step 2

Log in to DanaConnect.

Step 3

In the Resources section of DanaConnect, select "Student Billing/Financial Statements."

Step 4

In Student Billing, select "Enrollment/Re-enrollment" to access your contract. Once you gain access to the enrollment contract, complete the form, sign it electronically, and press the green "submit" button.

Step 5

Once you have submitted your contract, you will be directed to the payment page where you can choose to pay via e-check or wire transfer. You may also send a paper check. Please note your enrollment is not considered complete until the contract and non-refundable deposit are both received.

Once Dana Hall receives the signed enrollment contract and non-refundable deposit, we will send you a confirmation email.

LEARN MORE ABOUT DANACONNECT

DanaConnect is our family data system and a critical tool in our school/family communications. Eventually, you will be able to access your child's class schedule, the family directory, and individualized communication regarding your child's progress. For now, it is the place where you can access billing/financial statements, information from our Parents’ Association, and details about upcoming events.
 
Please note that you will have access to the parent/student directory in mid-July. You will use DanaConnect to handle enrollment and tuition payments and to complete health forms and other permission forms prior to the start of the school year. You will receive separate communications about each of these tasks, with specific instructions and deadlines.
