Amy Tiberio joins Dana Hall as the new Director of Enrollment Management

Dana Hall School welcomes Dr. Amy Tiberio as the new Director of Enrollment Management. Most recently Vice President, Enrollment Management at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island, Tiberio will report to Head of School Katherine Bradley, serve as a member of the Administrative Team and oversee all aspects of enrollment, admission and financial aid.

“Amy’s extensive experience in leadership roles at the college and university level will benefit Dana Hall tremendously, as will her focus on data-driven strategy. As a genuinely warm and caring person, she will fit in well at Dana Hall. I have been impressed by how quickly she has picked up on all that Dana Hall has to offer students and how we can promote and share our strengths with potential students and their families,” said Bradley. 

Tiberio describes herself as a highly strategic thinker and creative problem-solver. “I am excited to join Dana Hall because I am passionate about girls' and women's empowerment and Dana Hall is a shining example of a place committed to this,” she said. “When I visited the campus, I was particularly impressed with the students I met. Their level of maturity, engagement, and confidence was evident. And they were also happy, well-rounded, and supported. One student shared something that stuck with me: she said that prior to enrolling at Dana Hall she had been a very strong student, but when she got to Dana her teachers saw even greater potential in her and they encouraged her to push to a higher level. Without them taking the time to get to know her and see that in her, and without the confidence they placed in her, she would not have reached this higher level of learning and accomplishment. That's the kind of community that I want to be part of.”

Prior to her most recent position, Tiberio served as Roger Williams University’s Associate Vice President, Enrollment Management and Marketing and Dean of Admission. She was the Founder and Chair of the university’s Women in Senior Management Caucus. Tiberio previously held Admission positions at Stonehill College and Bentley University. Throughout her career, she has been committed to advancing access and equity in education. She has designed innovative approaches to serve students and families and meet important enrollment goals, often leveraging advanced data analysis and visualization skills to make compelling, evidence-based decisions. 

“I grew up in Framingham, so I am excited to return to the MetroWest area that I know so well,” Tiberio noted. “ I am excited to contribute to the Dana Hall leadership team to help continue to move the School forward and continue to thrive. I am also excited to work closely with the Admission team. I am committed to professional development and I embrace a growth mindset, so I have always prioritized development and mentorship for my teams. I want to see people thrive professionally and enjoy and find purpose in their work." 

“What I am most looking forward to is interacting more with Dana Hall students, their families, and my new colleagues to get a true deep dive into the Dana Hall experience so that my team and I can continue to share their stories with prospective students and families and enroll fantastic future classes. I also can't wait to learn more of the success stories of Dana Hall alumnae and the incredible things they are doing as they launch into the world after graduation.”

Tiberio earned her Bachelor of Science from Bentley University and her Master of Science from Bentley University McCullum Graduate School. She holds an Executive Doctor of Education degree from Boston College Lynch School of Education. She will live on campus with her husband and son.
