In the same year that she celebrates her 20th Dana Hall Reunion, Neha Sahni Gaur ’04 will serve as the speaker at the Class of 2024’s Commencement.
Gaur was a proud end-to-ender at Dana Hall, where she was an All-School Co-President and Senior Cup recipient. After Dana Hall, she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Business with a Master of Biotechnology, a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Science. She then pursued her interests in healthcare and finance as an equity research analyst at Morgan Stanley and as a corporate finance consultant at McKinsey, both in New York City. She returned home to Boston where she launched the Primary Care Payment Reform—a first of its kind program—at MassHealth followed by a role leading inpatient and cancer care operations at Boston Medical Center (BMC) for nearly a decade, including during the pandemic.
During her time at BMC, she initiated a summer internship for Dana Hall students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. She is currently the Vice President of Inpatient and Ancillary Services at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute where she leads the organization’s Inpatient, Imaging and Clinical Laboratory teams. Gaur lives near Dana Hall’s campus with her husband and two kids.
The Class of 2024’s Commencement will take place on Saturday, June 1 at 10 a.m. in a tent on Wayside Field. It will also be available online via livestream.
