Congratulations to the Dana Hall AEL Equestrian Team who came in first place at the 2023 Athletic Equestrian League (AEL) National Championships May 13 & 14 at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Mass.
“The AEL team has worked incredibly hard over this year,” said Francesca Stufano ’14, AEL team coach and horse care coordinator at the Karen Stives ’68 Equestrian Center. “In their weekly lessons and horsemanship workshops, they were dedicated as they continued to grow as more well-rounded equestrians both in and out of the saddle. Not only were they determined athletes, but they also showed great sportsmanship, supporting their fellow teammates through highs and lows. I am so proud of each and every member of the team and am thrilled to call ourselves this year's National Champions!”
