Fitness Program

Teams sports are not the only avenue for Dana students to gain the essential health benefits of fitness and athletics.
Students in the Upper School can participate in a variety of daytime or afternoon fitness classes, where activities including circuit training, walking/jogging, weight training, strength and conditioning, rock climbing or yoga.
