Reunion Giving

Alumnae celebrating a reunion are asked to participate in an important Dana Hall tradition: the Reunion Class Gift to the Dana Fund. While individual gifts to Dana are important, there is nothing more impressive than the message of collective alumnae support.
On average, 25% of Alumnae Dana Fund dollars result from reunion giving. Not only are the dollars raised by a class significant; so too is the number of donors in each class.

Reunion Weekend Dana Fund Competitions

Each year during the Reunion banquet, Dana Hall presents two special class achievement awards:

CLASS WITH HIGHEST PARTICIPATION IN THE REUNION CLASS GIFT
2016 Winner: 1966
2015 Winner: 1970
2014 Winner: 1974
CLASS WITH LARGEST TOTAL GIFT TO THE DANA FUND (CLASS AGENTS' BOWL)
2016 Winner: 1966
2015 Winner: 1965
2014 Winner: 1979 and 1974

Moon and Stars Society

The Moon and Stars Society provides special recognition and distinction to loyal alumnae whose annual gifts have supported Dana Hall for five or more consecutive years.

Gifts of any amount to any area, given for five or more consecutive years, count towards participation in the Moon and Stars Society. Membership is maintained as long as the alumna makes one gift each fiscal year (July 1- June 30).

Consistent loyal support of the School provides the foundation for Dana Hall's legacy of excellence while honoring the school's tradition of giving. Moon and Stars Society members set a philanthropic example for fellow alumnae and play an important role in ensuring that Dana Hall continues to excel with each new incoming class.
