Parent Ambassadors welcome new families and students to Dana and serve as a guide during their transition to the Dana community. They will contact new families at the start of the school year to answer questions and will offer to meet a new family/student at various Dana events, such as Parents’ Weekend, a PA meeting, an athletic game or a musical/dance concert.

BOARDING COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT
Volunteers for Boarding Community Enrichment assist with boarding events, provide dorm snacks for special occasions, occasionally take boarders to the grocery store or shopping for Dana traditions, prom, holidays and other needs. Help coordinate the “stress-breaker” event during fall exam period.
The Booster Club organizes, sponsors and promotes Dana spirit activities that celebrate and support athletics, performing/visual arts and all Dana community activities and events.
Parental assistance is needed throughout the year for community service activities and events, in both the Middle and Upper Schools.
Helps manage the Dragon’s Den (Dana merchandise store in The Shipley Center) with inventory and sales. Helps organize the Dana
“Halliday” boutique in December and identifies merchandise to sell in the store and at special school events.
