  • Coaches Corner

Our varsity coaches will lead your entire family through a short virtual session to review some of the key skills each fall sport has been focusing on throughout the season.
  • Virtual “Dana Mile” Fun Run

Find a time during Family Weekend to get the family together and go out for a run or walk! Dress up in your best Dana Hall spirit gear and snap some photos of yourself in action. Are you a more experienced runner? Feel free to time yourself and see if you can beat your personal best.
  • Virtual Fitness Class

Join Dana Hall parent and Dana Hall fitness instructor Deanna Cannata P21 in a full-body HIIT workout. Timed intervals of strength and cardio exercises. No equipment needed. Fun, effective, efficient, and great for all fitness levels.
  • Virtual Spin Class

Join others in the Dana Hall community for a virtual ride led by Director of Alumnae Relations Sam Greenfield. Ride together for a 45-minute, high-intensity cardio workout to the rhythms of an upbeat playlist.

Watch the Games

During the week leading up to Family Weekend, fall sports will be participating in scrimmages that will be live-streamed via the application PlaySight (available for download on the App Store and Google Play).

These live streams will be recorded and available later for families to watch.

Dragon’s Den Flash sale!

Our Dragons need to be decked out in the latest and greatest gear, so keep your eye out for a flash sale of merchandise during Family Weekend from Wednesday, October 28 to Wednesday, November 4.

  • Anna F. Quote

"My favorite class at Dana Hall (so far!) has been Middle Eastern Studies. It covers interesting material that helps me to better understand current events, and provides me a unique perspective when so much of formal history education is focused on the West. The class has helped me break stereotypes, and I now view the world differently."
